At DEBO’S DETAILING, we take pride in delivering top-quality mobile detailing services. To ensure we provide the best experience for you and maintain our high standards, please review the following important information before booking:
Disclosure Requirements
To avoid delays or service refusals, clients must disclose any of the following prior to the appointment:
• Excessive pet hair
• Vomit, urine, or feces
• Presence of blood or other biohazard materials
• Mold, mildew, or infestation (e.g., roaches, ants)
Failure to disclose these conditions during booking may result in:
• A service refusal on-site
• A biohazard or specialty cleaning fee starting at $75+
• Forfeiture of deposit
Service Limitations
Please be aware:
• We do not guarantee 100% removal of permanent stains, deep scratches, or severe odors.
• Some services may require additional time or repeat visits, which will be discussed and quoted before proceeding.
• We may decline service if the vehicle condition poses a risk to the health or safety of our team.
Access & Preparation
• Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before your appointment.
• We require legal access to the vehicle and a safe working area (e.g., driveway, street parking).
• If you live in an apartment or restricted area, please ensure detailing is allowed on-site.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee or loss of deposit.
• Weather delays or emergencies will be rescheduled at no penalty.
